I am happy to inform you that  *Gurukul* took place for *4th and 5th std* students in *Om paramdham* ashram at *Nirna village* in association with *Sahabalve* , Bangalore since July 22, successfully! Tomorrow we are keeping the closing ceremony that is on 4th March 2023

Glad to see Gurukul kids *writing exams* pertaining to *Maths, English, Kannada, EVS,* subjects . Also demonstrating karate.

Dr. Raghavendra Prasad's theme was to use yogic techniques on lymphatic system to improve immunity .

I am happy to inform that today there were diversified topics which made students of Guleharavi Government school to involve while learning the following.

2.  Crafts by Nagalakshmi madam

Dr. Raghavendra Prasad, President - Sahabalve, conducted a session on Pranayama which included a talk followed by a demonstration during the A- CHAT monthly program by Ananthkumar pratishthana

We are happy to inform you that today's opening ceremony at Guleharavi government school went well. HM - Smt. Annapoorna, Educational expert - Sri. Rajakumar, Musician - Sri. Ravi hoskote, Smt. Geethamani, Sri. Sriranga and Sahabalve president - Sri. Raghavendra were present.

After the function Music and Kannada lessons were started by Ravi sir and Rajkumar sir respectively. Students really enjoyed learning!

Happy to inform that our first monthly program in Dharwad for government school children took place by providing books to students written by eminent writer Sri T S Gopal

Today, students are being taught music with hands-on learning experience by a Guru.

Mr. Krishna aged 38 years residing in Mysore is suffering from Kidney disease. Unfortunately he has been under dialysis for 4 years and is unable to work. He and his aged mother are residing in a small hut in Mysore suburbs facing poverty. Sahabalve supports them with ration

Very happy to inform that students are learning creative skills and as well as demonstrating their talent. 

Students are really enjoying and evolving. 

Sahabalve is sponsoring a sports spike shoe for a rural girl athlete by the name of Sunita Kalled from Dharwad. She is getting prepared to participate in state competitions. 

Today Sahabalve did the needful through our committee member Sri Chidambar Nimbargi along with another dignitary in Dharwad. We wish her all the best.

Earlier Sahabalve Trust supported a long-distance runner by the name of Srinidhi from Haveri pertaining to her sports Nutritional expenses.

Gurukul is taking place in Om paramdham ashram at Nirna village in association with our Sahabalve. Students are learning various lessons under Gurus and also practicing various field activities. In addition to Maths, Science, and languages students are also exposed to Yoga, Karate,  Sports, Music, quizzes, etc. 

From this activity, Students are really enjoying and learning new skills.

On this auspicious day of Gurupoornima (13.07.2022), an article in North Karnataka Belagavi's paper, Kundaa Nagari, on Sahabalve's activities in Bidar is published.  The article was written by Sri. Chidambar Nimbargi.

Sri. Gopal T S an eminent writer cum educationalist and Sri. Nagendra from Adamya Chetana was also a part of this release function.
Jnana yagna sankalana is a collection of snippets pertaining to Sahabalve's rural educational drive.

I am happy to inform that following students are given partial fee  assistance who are having  financial crisis. 

1. *Chandan* s/o a plumber from Bangalore studying in 5th standard

2. *Ullas* s/o Ramesh from Mysore, who is in low income group,  studying in civil engineering.

Note: 1. Sahabalve is "not taking" any financial support either from Government or from CSR.

2. The selection of the beneficiary is based on meeting Sahabalve objectives, credibility of the information provided and budget availability.

3. The final decision is at the discretion of Sahabalve core team.

Happy to share a few snippets of the inauguration at Adamya Chetana pertaining to the " Temple series with youth in focus " for imbibing our ancient temple sculptural heritage and the real history behind that.

Sahabalve is  associating in this project with Admya Chetana along with Prachina devalayagala balaga.

This is w.r.t our association with Nirmala Vivedodeshagala Seva Samsthe, Mundaragi, Gadag for skill development programs for poor women. The President and secretary visited our office and discussed further development.

Nirmala NGO is professionally managing the skill development courses and also provides job-oriented certificates affiliated to the state government upon students passing the exams. 

In view of this Sahabalve provided 4 sewing machines to Nirmala NGO. This will enable us to accommodate more students.
